Projects, bookings & payments Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a project or appointment. Scope, pricing, availability, deposits, cancellation terms, and delivery arrangements are confirmed before you commit. Review the terms provided for your specific booking or order before paying. Payments are processed through Stripe. Contact us through our inquiry form for changes, cancellations, or refund requests. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected. Alfonso Garcia Lettering SMS program If you separately opt in, Alfonso Garcia Lettering may send recurring SMS messages about your inquiry, project details, appointment scheduling and reminders, and customer support. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or booking. Providing a phone number alone or accepting these terms does not enroll you in text messages.
